Privacy policy (GDPR)

This page explains how 13RACE processes personal data, including orders placed without an account. The controller is 13RACE, reachable via the Contact page.

Data we collect

  • Customer account (optional): email, hashed password, name, phone, delivery address, newsletter choice, date and IP of consent.
  • Guest checkout: email, identity and delivery address, order details and payment reference. No password is created.
  • Tracking and mockup chat: messages and files on the order thread (3D mockup approval).
  • Newsletter: email, date, source and IP of consent, only if the dedicated box is ticked.
  • Cookies: essential cookies for session, cart, language and payment. The banner lets you refuse the rest.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Contract: order, production, delivery, support and mockup approval chat.
  • Legal obligation: invoices and accounting records.
  • Consent: newsletter and non-essential cookies. The newsletter is never required to buy.
  • Legitimate interest: site security, abuse prevention and proof of mockup approval.

Retention

  • Account: until you delete it.
  • Orders, invoices and order messages: legal accounting period (generally 10 years), including after account deletion.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Recipients

The 13RACE workshop, PayPal, and the carrier. Data is not sold.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Your account lets you export data, edit your profile, manage the newsletter and delete the account. Without an account, use the Contact page. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Guest orders

An account is optional. Tracking with email plus order reference, and the mockup chat, stay available without signing up.
